Sango - Otra Vez EP

It was only a matter of time before the 808 stylistics blended their way into some of the most arguably fun genres of music that exist: Salsa/Merengue/Reggaeton/Samba and other Latin American flavors that were engineered and perfected in a highly social environment.

Seattle --> Grand Rapids producer Sango is just the producer for the job with his Otra Vez EP, an immaculately bassy ode to Latin music. The pieces that build up each song are very well defined and selected, with more than enough personality to stand out in the mix.

Available for a single dollar over on bandcamp.

  1. I can't believe how different this sounds Mike. I think that I like it though it's not really my type of music, it's something different and you really have to credit them for that at least.

  2. It's been a while since I read your posts, I forgot how chilling they were

  3. I was looking forward to it, but it lost me. I really liked O Carnaval, but then I got nothing until Baila, which even surprised me considering how it started. It's enjoyable, and the price is definitely right, but I'd feel weird getting these.

Speak your mind.
